These Terms govern use of Sifr Studio websites and products operated at sifr.studio and related subdomains. By using the services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Services

Sifr Studio provides small software products (including Toolbox, Black, Delegate, 333 Sentences, Pal, The Infinite Game, and Experiments). Features may change. Some products require an account (Google sign-in) and/or payment.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep access to your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the services or violate these Terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law or infringe others’ rights
• Do not probe, overload, or disrupt our systems
• Do not upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
• Do not abuse the free Toolbox host or use it to spam, harass, or attack others
• Do not resell or misuse licenses (including Black Lifetime License tokens)
• Do not jailbreak, inject instructions, or try to bypass The Infinite Game safety or wallet rules

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. Pal messages, Delegate configurations, The Infinite Game actions). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the services for you. You are responsible for having the rights to submit it, and for complying with privacy laws that apply to your end users.

Payments and licenses

Paid features are billed through Stripe. Black offers a one-time Lifetime License as described on black.sifr.studio. The Infinite Game uses a prepaid wallet; consumed clips are generally non-refundable except when generation fails. Other products may use subscription or one-time pricing as shown at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase. Taxes may apply.

Third-party services

The services integrate third parties (Google, Stripe, PostHog, Cloudflare, WhatsApp providers for Pal, AI providers for Delegate and The Infinite Game, and others you connect). Their terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sifr Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or stop providing services, or terminate accounts, for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Provisions that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
